Revising or Canceling Orders
To revise or cancel an order prior to it being shipped, customers should contact our customer service support team as soon as possible. Typically, there is a 12-hour processing window in which orders can be revised or canceled.
Refunds Regarding Sealed Products
In order to return factory-sealed merchandise contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt. Items are non-refundable if the factory seal has been broken. Seller will refund the purchase price, less the shipping charges for all items eligible for return. If the return is being made due to a mistake on the seller’s behalf, the seller is responsible for providing the customer a prepaid shipping label.
